Clients from time to time request studies to be performed that are not part of the standard packages that RDDT offers. These can be assays or experiments which a client requires be conducted in a quality controlled laboratory conditions. RDDT staff will be happy to discuss the requirements and design of the studies as appropriate.
RDDT is privileged to be a part of RMIT University with its broad range of capabilities, and is supported by the RMIT Consultants Group. RDDT has also formed relationships with a number of quality service providers to extend its "in house" capabilities and maintains a register of approved contractors. These contractors must comply with either the ISO 17025 and/or OECD GLP guidelines.
There are circumstances, however, where the exploratory nature of a study does not fit within RDDT's GLP scope, the client will be referred to the School of Medical Sciences Research Unit, where a broad range of academic research projects can be conducted.
